The Warriors Family (Pty) Ltd is a proudly 100% black youth-owned construction company based in Doornfontein, Johannesburg. We are builders in every sense of the word — we build homes, we build infrastructure, and we build the futures of the young people and communities who build with us.

From house construction and extensions to renovations, roofing, painting, plastering and civil works, every project we take on carries one non-negotiable standard: engineer-approved quality, delivered with honesty and pride. We work with our clients — not just for them — from the first consultation to the final handover.

We are young. We are hungry. And we are here to prove that a new generation of South African builders can set the standard for quality, safety and service.

The Warriors Family's journey began in 2018 as a powerful dream held by its founder, Mr Maluleke Wandile Vongani — a young visionary deeply inspired by the success and impact of Sasavona Holdings. Growing up in Phaphazela Village under the Collins Chabane municipality near Malamulele, he saw first-hand how quality infrastructure can change the future of a community — and how its absence holds one back.

Fuelled by passion, purpose and a burning desire to contribute meaningfully to the growth of South Africa, he pursued Civil Engineering at the University of Johannesburg and refused to let the dream die. The vision was clear: a construction company that would not only deliver quality infrastructure, but also empower disadvantaged communities, create sustainable jobs and inspire economic transformation.

Despite limited resources and access to information at the time, the dream endured. In 2025, The Warriors Family (Pty) Ltd was formally established as a registered construction company — built on values of integrity, resilience and community upliftment. With its bold slogan “Bravery in Action”, The Warriors Family delivers professional, reliable and socially conscious construction services that make a lasting difference.
